Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Orders are dispatched after confirmation by phone or WhatsApp and usually arrive within 2–4 working days. A delivery charge of Rs 250 applies to orders below Rs 5,000; orders above this amount ship free. Minimum order value is Rs 300.

Payments

Cash on Delivery: pay the rider in cash when you receive your order (available on orders up to Rs 50,000).

Raast: transfer the order total to our Raast ID from any bank or wallet app and send the payment screenshot with your order number on WhatsApp. Orders paid by Raast are dispatched once the payment is verified.

Returns & exchanges

Please check your parcel at delivery. If any item is damaged, expired or missing, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number and we will replace it or refund the item value. Food items cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons.

Pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Box and carton prices are trade prices below printed retail value (MRP). Prices may change with manufacturer rates; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Privacy

We use your name, phone number and address only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except the courier delivering your order.
